Welcome to jj17 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jj17 and you, the user ("User", "you" or "your"), governing your access to and use of the jj17 website located at https://jj17.cam and all associated services, content and features available through that domain.

jj17 operates as an English-language online gaming information platform designed for Pakistani users. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Platform means the jj17 website, mobile-optimised site and any associated digital properties operated under https://jj17.cam.
• User means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• Account means the personal user account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• Bonus means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin entitlement or other incentive offered by jj17 subject to specific promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirement means the total amount a User must wager with bonus funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Content means all text, images, graphics, video, data, software, tools and other material made available through the Platform.
• Payment Method means any deposit or withdrawal mechanism available through the Platform's cashier, which may include but is not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and operator policy.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction means any country, territory or region where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To register an Account on jj17 and to use any Platform services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own accord;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor or family member of jj17 or any associated operator entity;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any related gaming platform operated by an affiliated entity;
• You are using funds derived from legitimate sources and will not use the Platform for money laundering or other financial crime.

To access the full range of Platform services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information as requested. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the Platform. If jj17 determines that a User holds or has held multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — jj17 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bonuses and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jj17 immediately via the contact details set out in Section 15. jj17 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jj17 may require Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC in Pakistan), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.

Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj17 platform:

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including misrepresentation of identity, age or location;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or any other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or software bugs for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to influence game outcomes or bonus entitlements;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime under applicable law;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff, agents or other Users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise extract source code from any part of the Platform.

jj17 reserves the right to monitor Platform activity for compliance with these Terms and to suspend or terminate Accounts where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

jj17 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms of each promotion, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. Users should read all promotional terms carefully before opting in.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements represent the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. These are illustrative figures only — actual requirements are set by the specific promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jj17 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registration of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other conduct deemed by jj17 to be an exploitation of promotional terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of activation. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level prior to expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods will be stated in individual promotion terms.

jj17 processes deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and potentially other currencies as supported by the operator's cashier. Available payment methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change without prior notice.

7.1 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. A minimum deposit of approximately PKR 1,000 may apply — this figure is illustrative and the actual minimum is determined by the operator and displayed in the cashier.

7.2 Transaction Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered when making deposits. jj17 will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the User.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the operator's withdrawal policy. jj17 does not guarantee specific processing times, instant payment speeds or same-day transfers. 8.1 KYC Conditions

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been provided and verified to jj17's satisfaction. Users are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly upon registration to avoid delays when a withdrawal is requested.

8.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method and account verification level. These limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.

8.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj17 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the User's use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.

jj17 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jj17 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Gambling involves financial risk. Past outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results. jj17 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform or on any third-party operator platform referenced or linked through jj17 content.

jj17 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account at any time and without prior notice if jj17 determines, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that the User has breached any provision of these Terms.

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting jj17 support. Account closure requests are subject to any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals or active bonus terms. jj17 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where suspected fraud, bonus abuse or money laundering activity has been identified.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

jj17 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of the operation of this Platform and does not represent that these Terms or its Platform operations are compliant with Pakistani law. Users accessing jj17 from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable Pakistani laws.

jj17 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via a notice on the Platform or via email to the registered Account address, where applicable. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
